As long as your inverter is accessible from outside your property and we have your consent to access the roof of the property, you will not need to be at home. Most homeowners prefer to be at the property, however, to discuss the condition of the system with our technicians. 

We’ll discuss our findings with you and provide recommendations, but you’ll always have the final say on any next steps.  If there are electrical safety hazards found during the inspection, your system may need to be switched off and this will be discussed with you. 

Many of our customers have the Queensland Solar Bonus 44c feed-in tariff. The solar inspection will not impact your high feed-in tariff.

As Queensland’s solar and battery experts since 2007, we have installed nearly 20,000 solar systems. You could say we know a thing or two about solar. As such, our team of expert technicians are specially trained to ensure that your system is working to its full potential. As part of the inspection, our technician will assess the overall installation, test panel condition, check for inverter faults and ensure there are no recalled products or safety defects present. 

During the inspection, any issues found will be communicated with both you and our office. Should repairs be recommended, our office will touch base to provide a quote and arrange for a time to undertake the repairs should you wish to proceed.

The Clean Energy Council recommends that solar panels are regularly cleaned to ensure performance. During the system inspection, our technicians will discuss your system and if needed, can discuss a system maintenance with you. This can be quoted and in most cases, completed on the same day as the inspection.

Please note: Island communities are subject to a ferry fee. We aim to group multiple island customers together to split the ferry fees.
